深圳市某手机外壳生产企业职业病危害控制效果评价

目的对深圳市某手机外壳生产企业建设项目的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表相结合的方法。结果①项目产生的职业病危害因素主要为噪声、粉尘、化学毒物和高温;②检测噪声合格率为75.0%(21/28),超标的作业岗位分别是个别混料和全部碎料岗位;粉尘合格率为100.0%(6/6);化学毒物中检测了苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸丁酯、正己烷、丙酮、丙烯腈、苯乙烯,合格率为100.0%,未检出苯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、乙苯等;高温合格率为100.0%(18/18);③在岗期间职业健康检查检出苯(甲苯、二甲苯)职业禁忌4名,噪声职业禁忌人员2名,疑似职业性慢性苯中毒1名,未组织上岗前职业健康检查;④现场的职业病防护设施、管理制度和个人防护用品等基本能满足国家现行的法律法规和职业卫生标准的要求。结论该项目职业病危害控制效果基本达到国家职业卫生标准,但需加强上岗前职业健康检查。 Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project of a mobile phone case manufacturer in Shenzhen City. Methods The methods of on-site occupational hygiene survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and checklist were adopted. Results ① The main occupational hazards caused by the project were noise, dust, chemical poisons and high temperature. ② The passing rate of detection noise was 75.0% (21/28). The over-standard jobs were individual mixed materials and all the scrap materials. The qualified dust The detection rate of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, butyl acetate, n-hexane, acetone, acrylonitrile and styrene in chemical poisons were 100.0% (6/6) , Acrylonitrile, styrene, ethylbenzene and so on; high pass rate of 100.0% (18/18); ③ occupational health examination during occupational health check benzene (toluene, xylene) 4 job taboo, 2 noise taboo workers, Suspected occupational chronic benzene poisoning 1, did not pre-job occupational health checks; ④ on-site occupational disease prevention facilities, management systems and personal protective equipment to meet the basic national laws and regulations and occupational health standards. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in this project has basically reached the national occupational health standard, but occupational health examination before employment should be strengthened.
