随着基础教育改革的不断推进,熟悉、掌握新课程改革的基本要求,提高教学水平,适应教育教学的需要,成为目前中学师资队伍建设的重要内容。学校的教学质量越高,对教师提出的要求就越高,所以,在一定意义上讲,各地新课程教育的竞争,其实质就是师资队伍与素质的竞争[1]。为了帮助教师快速成长,熟悉、掌握教育教学规律,适应教育教学需要,提高教学水平,我校实施开展教师“四课”案例研究,旨在通过教师亲身参与、互相评价学习,继而达到师资队伍建设的目的。
