伴随着牛年吉祥的钟声,国家主席江泽民在新年贺词中,宣布1997年“中国旅游年”隆重开幕。这是国家旅游局继1992友好观光年之后,第二次向世界推出的国家级大型旅游促销活动,以便进一步在世界上树立我国更加开放的形象。这无疑也牵动着包装界各行业人们的心。国家旅游局局长何光暐,在谈到今年推出的具体旅游产品时介绍说:我国旅游部门将围绕山水风光、文物古迹、民俗风情、度假休闲、专项旅游五大主题,推出16条旅游专线、35个著名景点。与之配合,还将推出以春、夏、秋、冬四季划分的48个旅游节庆,力争使1997年月月有活动,季季有高潮。这些项目是:
