第二次流体传动与控制情报网大会于一九九一年六月九日至十二日在南京召开。会议由机电部北京机械工业自动化所流体传动与控制情报网主持。出席大会的特邀代表有部机械基础产品司吴筠副总工程师和科技处张福生工程师。参加会议的有机械基础产品行业各专业情报网的代表、流体传动与控制情报网的代表,共1210名。这次会议主要有两个议程:成立部机械基础产品情报联络网;流体传动与控制情报网的工作总结及网章的修改,并进行技术交流。吴筠副总师作了重要的讲话,传达了部情报所一九九0年机械工业科技情报工作会议的精神,指出了目前机械工业在新形势下对情报工作的要求和发展方向及“八五”期间液压气动科技工作的设想和发展目标。会上有20多位
The Second Fluid Transmission and Control Information Network Conference was held in Nanjing from June 9 to June 1991. The meeting was hosted by the Fluid Transmission and Control Intelligence Network of the Beijing Mechanical Industry Automation Institute of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The special representatives attending the conference included Wu Hao, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Department of Mechanical Basic Products, and Zhang Fusheng, Engineer of Science and Technology Department. A total of 1,210 representatives from the professional intelligence network of the mechanical basic product industry and representatives of the fluid transmission and control intelligence network participated in the conference.
