滴注式可控气氛渗碳是一项新的热处理工艺,近年来正在逐渐推广。这项新工艺通常是以醋酸乙酯或丙酮等原料作为滴注渗碳剂的,若采用煤油,炉内气氛的可控性将遭受严重破坏。但煤油的来源广、价格低、毒性小,如果将它用作滴注式可控气氛的渗碳剂,对于当前推广这项新的工艺具有很大的价值。为此,本文根据控制气氛的热力学原理阐述了煤油作为可控气氛渗碳滴注剂的可能性,提出了:“配比煤油”理论,制订了“配比煤油”+甲醇滴注
Drip-controlled atmosphere carburizing is a new heat treatment process, is gradually being promoted in recent years. The new process is usually based on ethyl acetate or acetone and other raw materials as a carburizing agent drip, with kerosene, the furnace atmosphere will be severely damaged controllability. However, kerosene has a wide range of sources, low prices and low toxicity. Using kerosene as a carburizing agent in drip controlled atmosphere is of great value to the current promotion of this new process.
