1 过敏反应杨有林[1 ] 报道 1例女患者 ,18岁 ,服罗通定 (颅痛定 ) 60ｍｇ ,ｔｉｄ ,当晚出现心慌、面部潮红 ,双手瘙痒 ,可见不规则斑丘疹 ,胸闷、气促、咽部有堵塞感 ,额部冷汗 ,烦躁不安。诊断为药物过敏 ,立即对症治疗。 3ｈ后自觉症状消失 ,5ｈ后皮疹逐渐消退。第 3天又?
1 allergic reaction Yang Youlin [1] reported a female patient, 18 years old, serving Luo Tongtong (cranialgia given) 60mg, tid, palpitation that night, facial flushing, itchy hands, visible irregular rash, chest tightness, shortness of breath, Throat congestion, forehead sweat, irritability. Diagnosed as drug allergy, immediately symptomatic treatment. Symptoms disappeared after 3h, 5h after the rash subsided. Day 3 again?
