对120例确诊为孕7周内的健康妇女口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕。结果显示完全流产率87％,不全流产率10％。阴道出血量与孕周、绒毛球大小及出血时间密切相关,用药越早,出血越少,效果越好。提示了米非司酮配伍米索前列醇使用方便,安全高效,副反应轻,具有广泛的应用价值。
120 cases of pregnant women diagnosed within 7 weeks of pregnancy oral mifepristone with misoprostol to terminate early pregnancy. The results showed complete abortion rate of 87%, incomplete abortion rate of 10%. Vaginal bleeding and gestational age, villus size and bleeding time is closely related to the medication earlier, the less bleeding, the better. Prompt mifepristone compatibility with misoprostol easy to use, safe and efficient, light side effects, has a wide range of applications.
