1950年9月美军仁川登陆后,林彪急招四野技术侦察局负责人到京,要求他们组建一支技术侦察队伍,准备随他赴朝工作。可见,林彪当时已做了带兵出征的准备和安排在关于出兵朝鲜的问题上,中国学界和社会上长期以来流传着一个说法,即毛泽东本来想请林彪挂帅出征,但林彪反对出兵,故称病不出,后中央决定改派彭德怀带兵赴朝作战。笔者在研究中看到一些文献,并对知情者做过采访,发现这种说法有一些说不通的地方。
