目的观察上海地区人群中血管紧张素I转换酶(ACE)基因多态性的年龄变化。方法运用PCR技术对上海地区312例正常人的ACE基因插入(insertion,I)/缺失(deletion,D)(I/D步态进行检测。结果研究人群ACEI/D多态D、I等位基因频率分别为0.45、0.55。基因型频率男女间无显著差异(FisherP=0.315)。DD频率随研究人群的年龄增加而降低,DD型与非DD型有显著差异(Mantal-HaenszelX2=10.04,P=0.002)。结论在进行ACEI/D多态与各种疾病的研究时,年龄匹配是组间比较的重要条件。
Objective To observe the age change of angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism in Shanghai population. METHODS: ACE gene insertion/deletion (D) was detected in 312 normal individuals in Shanghai by PCR. Results The ACE/D polymorphism D and I alleles in the study population were studied. The frequencies were 0.45 and 0.55, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the male and female genotype frequencies (FisherP=0.315).The DD frequency decreased with the age of the study population, and there was a significant difference between the DD type and the non-DD type (Mantal-Haenszel X2=10.04, P= 0.002) Conclusions In the study of ACEI/D polymorphism and various diseases, age matching is an important condition for comparison between groups.
