今年一月底我們在院的統一領导下,进行了设計复查工作。这次复查所採取的方式是群众审查。通过检查,發現了一些缺点及錯誤,經过改正,把設計的質量又提高了一步。在鍛压車間設計方面,一共复查了九个車間(其中水压机、鍛压、鍛工車間各三个),在这些車間中复查出来的錯誤及缺点大約有五六十項,但是原则性的錯誤还是較少的。这充分証明我們的设計質量較前几年有很大提高。去年下半年虽然任务重、设計多、时间紧,但是由于依靠了群众的积極性,人人政治掛了帅,質量还是保証了。这次复查中發现的錯誤和缺点有下列几类: 1、車间規模及扩建問题所設計的車間的規模,大部考虑过大。这一方面是因为原有設計指标偏低,另一方面是对發展問題没有切合实际地考虑。譬如,装有1000吨水压机的厂我們
At the end of January this year, we conducted design review work under the unified leadership of the hospital. The way the review was conducted was the mass review. Through inspections, some shortcomings and mistakes were discovered. After correction, the quality of the design was further improved. In the design of forging workshops, a total of nine workshops (including three hydraulic presses, forging presses, and forging workshops) were reviewed. The errors and shortcomings recovered from these workshops were about 50 to 60, but the principle errors were still less. This fully proves that our design quality has greatly improved over previous years. In the second half of last year, despite heavy tasks, many designs, and tight schedules, due to the enthusiasm of the masses, everyone was hung in politics and quality was guaranteed.
