采用低温超音速火焰喷涂方法,实现了40Cr数控机床主轴的Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y多元复合涂层制备,并对涂层进行了表面硬度测试、磨损试验、抗高温氧化试验和抗震性试验的对比和分析。结果表明,与未处理试样相比,低温超音速火焰喷涂Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y多元复合涂层,明显提高了40Cr数控机床主轴的表面硬度、耐磨性、抗高温氧化性和抗震性。其中,表面硬度增加了69%,磨损体积减少了64%,300℃×96 h高温氧化后的单位面积质量增重减小了90%,阻尼本领提高了203%。
The preparation of Ti-Ni-Cu-Cr-Y composite coating on the spindle of 40Cr CNC machine tool was realized by using low-temperature supersonic flame spraying method.
