秸秆收获机切割刀具在每次切割时都受到来自秸秆上的压力而产生微小形变,刀具每一次的形变都必须小于极限应力。本文建立了切割刀的数学模型,通过有限元法对刀具进行了静力学分析,但是求解矩阵计算量较大,因此采用ANSYS软件对刀具进行有限元分析,通过采用自由网格划分法,使得切割刀具的形变位移的计算结果更精确、误差更小,为切割刀具的设计和加工提供理论依据。
Straw harvester cutting tool at each cutting are subject to the pressure from the straw and produce small deformation, the tool each deformation must be less than the ultimate stress. In this paper, a mathematical model of the cutting knife is established. The static analysis of the cutting tool is carried out by the finite element method. However, the calculation of the solving matrix is large. Therefore, finite element analysis of the tool is carried out by ANSYS software. By using the free meshing method, Tool deformation deformation of the calculation results more accurate, smaller error, for the cutting tool design and processing to provide a theoretical basis.
