邓小平的法制思想,是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是我国法制建设的指导思想。邓小平法制思想内容丰富,但至少可体现在:“一手抓建设,一手抓法制”是邓小平法制思想的重要内容;“法律面前人人平等”是邓小平法制思想的重要原则:“一国两法”是邓小平法制思想的新创造;“教育”是邓小平法制思想的根本保障。邓小平法制思想在当代有十分重要的意义。
Deng Xiaoping’s legal system thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and is the guiding ideology of our country’s legal system construction.
