6S是指企业生产现场的一种管理手段,它是培育员工“有规定按规定做”的利器,也是提升员工素养、挖掘潜在利润的良好工具。在高职实训教学过程中引入和实施6S管理机制,可以实现高职教育与企业之间的深度交融,可以加快从“学生”到“职业人”的角色转换。本文对6S产生背景、实施内容、目的、运行要领和效果进行了论述,探索出一套行之有效的高职实训教学现场管理模式。
6S refers to a management tool at the production site of the enterprise. It is a tool to nurture employees and “make provisions according to regulations”. It is also a good tool to enhance employee literacy and tap potential profits. The introduction and implementation of 6S management mechanism in the practice teaching of higher vocational education can realize the deep integration between higher vocational education and enterprises, and accelerate the change of roles from “student ” to “professional person ”. This article discusses the background, implementation content, purpose, operation essentials and effects of 6S, and explores a set of effective management model of practical teaching site.
