高校复合型外语人才培养模式始于二十世纪八十年代初,历经三十多年的发展,已为社会培养了大批实用性外语人才,并逐渐形成外语专业课程设置多元化发展的定位和特色。然而,外语界对高校复合型外语人才的培养模式尚未形成共识,教育体制改革和知识创新仍然是外语专业教学改革的关键。教育体制改革要求外语专业教学工作者适应社会发展的需要,知识创新要求外语教学工作者改变观念。本文通过理论与实证研究探讨高校复合型外语人才培养模式的科学性与创新性。
The training model of compound foreign language talents in colleges and universities began in the early 1980s. After more than 30 years of development, it has trained a large number of practical foreign language talents for the society and gradually formed the orientation and characteristics of diversified development of foreign language specialized courses . However, there is still no consensus on how to cultivate the compound foreign language talents in the foreign language field. The education system reform and knowledge innovation are still the key to the teaching reform of the foreign language major. Educational system reform requires foreign language teaching professionals to meet the needs of social development. Knowledge innovation requires foreign language teaching workers to change their concepts. In this paper, through theoretical and empirical research to explore the scientific and innovative nature of the training model of compound foreign language talents in colleges and universities.
