根据人力资本理论,人力资本投资的收益率高于物质资本投资的收益率,其中女性人力资本的投资所产生的晕轮效应,使投资收益不仅递增而且大于男性人力资本的投资。但随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立,人力资源开发中的性别歧视问题给当代女性职业发展设立了无法回避的“性别壁垒”。本文首先介绍了人力资源开发过程中“性别壁垒”的现状,然后就“性别壁垒”问题产生的原因进行了具体分析,最后,根据实际情况提出了相关建议,以期突破人力资源开发过程中出现的“性别壁垒”问题。
According to the theory of human capital, the return rate of human capital investment is higher than the rate of return of material capital investment. The halo effect caused by the investment of female human capital increases the investment return not only but also greater than that of male human capital. However, with the establishment of a socialist market economic system, the issue of gender discrimination in the development of human resources has set an unavoidable “gender barrier” for the development of contemporary women. This article first introduces the current situation of “gender barrier” in the process of human resources development, and then makes a concrete analysis of the causes of the “gender barrier” problem.
