我国水利工程建设具有悠久的历史,同时也为各民族所重视。人们经历过千百年的努力,取得了辉煌的成就,兴建了大量的水利设施。大坝作为水利工程中的一个挡水建筑物,为社会发展带来了积极效应,其存在的负面因素也广为人们关注,建坝的科学性分析也因此应运而生。本文对建坝的科学分析进行阐述,预测将来水利工程建设可能的发展趋势,同时,对水利建设工程的科学决策进行了深刻分析。
China’s water conservancy construction has a long history, but also for all ethnic groups. People have experienced thousands of years of hard work, has made brilliant achievements, the construction of a large number of water conservancy facilities. Dam, as a retaining structure in water conservancy project, has brought positive effects for social development. The negative factors of its existence are also widely concerned. The scientific analysis of dam construction also came into being. This paper elaborates the scientific analysis of dam construction, predicts the possible trend of water conservancy construction in the future and at the same time makes a profound analysis of the scientific decision-making of water conservancy construction project.
