随着勘探开发技术的提高,特低渗透油藏投入开发的比例越来越大,但是开发过程中却碰到了越来越多的问题,例如,启动压力高,水井注不进水就是问题之一,针对这种情况,在室内进行了降低特低渗透储层注水启动压力实验,优选了表面活性剂体系并进行室内性能评价,最后,将体系进行现场应用。结果表明,X特低渗透油田Z储层启动压力梯度分布范围主要为0.0308~0.2215MPa/cm,优选出的助剂体系能大幅度降低油水界面张力,降低注水井注入压力40%~50%,现场应用有效率为75%,说明通过加入合适的助剂体系来降低特低渗透储层注水启动压力是可行的。
With the improvement of exploration and development technologies, the proportion of ultra-low permeability reservoirs devoted to development has been increasing, but more and more problems have been encountered in the development process. The results show that the pressure gradient distribution of Z reservoir in X ultra-low permeability oil field is mainly from 0.0308 to 0.2215MPa / cm. The optimal promoter system can greatly reduce the interfacial tension of oil and water and reduce the injection pressure by 40% -50% The effective rate of field application is 75%, which shows that it is feasible to reduce the injection pressure of ultra-low permeability reservoir by adding appropriate promoter system.
