油砂和重油矿床的开发环境对装备性能具有很高的挑战性,研磨砂和腐蚀介质结合可以使元器件的寿命缩短和失效。延长仪器使用寿命的常用方法是应用HVOF-喷涂碳化钨基涂层,基于此,大量的商用纳米结构涂层已经被开发并获得应用。本文以纳米结构碳化钨基粉末为原料,采用HVOF法制备了涂层,重点研究该涂层的力学和耐磨性能。
The development environment of oil sands and heavy oil deposits is very challenging for equipment performance. The combination of abrasive sands and corrosive media can shorten and invalidate the life of the components. A common method of extending the service life of an instrument is the application of HVOF-sprayed tungsten carbide-based coatings, based on which a large number of commercial nanostructured coatings have been developed and used. In this paper, nano-structured tungsten carbide powder as raw material, HVOF coating prepared, focusing on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the coating.
