[目的]探讨CD146蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学法检测31例胰腺癌组织和7例正常胰腺组织中CD146蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理学特征及预后的关系。[结果]CD146蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为77.42%,评分值为4.27±1.32,平均吸光度(A值)为0.2741±0.1538,显著高于其在正常胰腺组织中的表达(28.57%,1.13±0.69,P<0.05;0.1283±0.0490,P<0.01)。胰腺癌组织中CD146蛋白的高表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和临床分期有显著的关联(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位、神经侵犯和组织分化程度等指标无显著相关性(P>0.05)。CD146高表达患者的平均生存时间较低表达和阴性表达患者显著缩短(P<0.05)。[结论]CD146蛋白参与胰腺癌的恶性发展和转移,并与不良预后有关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of CD146 protein in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. [Method] The expression of CD146 protein in 31 cases of pancreatic cancer and 7 cases of normal pancreas was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of CD146 and the clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of CD146 protein in pancreatic cancer was 77.42%, the score was 4.27 ± 1.32, the average absorbance (A value) was 0.2741 ± 0.1538, which was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue (28.57% , 1.13 ± 0.69, P <0.05; 0.1283 ± 0.0490, P <0.01). The high expression of CD146 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly associated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05), but not with gender, age, tumor growth site, nerve invasion and tissue differentiation (P> 0.05). Patients with high expression of CD146 had significantly shorter mean survival time and lower expression (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The CD146 protein is involved in the malignant development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer and is associated with poor prognosis.
