目的 了解鼠药氟乙酰胺中毒的脑电图 (EEG)表现。方法 对氟乙酰胺中毒患者的EEG表现与临床病情的关系进行总结 ,并与同期住院的 85例有机磷农药中毒患者的EEG进行对比分析。结果 4 6例氟乙酰胺中毒患者中EEG轻度异常 8例 ,中度异常 2 3例 ,重度异常 15例。其EEG异常程度与临床症状和体征有平行关系。 85例有机磷农药中毒EEG异常率和异常程度明显低于氟乙酰胺中毒 ,且无癫痫样放电。结论 对氟乙酰胺中毒中枢神经系统是否受到侵害 ,EEG可以提供可靠的诊断依据。与有机磷农药中毒相比较 ,氟乙酰胺中毒EEG异常率较高 ,异常程度相对较重
Objective To understand the electroencephalogram (EEG) manifestations of rat poisoning fluoroacetamide. Methods The relationship between EEG manifestations and clinical conditions in patients with fluoroacetamide intoxication was summarized and compared with that of 85 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning hospitalized in the same period. Results Eighteen patients with Fluoroacetamide poisoning were mild abnormal EEG (8 cases), moderate abnormality (23 cases) and severe abnormality (15 cases). The degree of abnormal EEG and clinical symptoms and signs have a parallel relationship. 85 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning EEG abnormalities and abnormalities was significantly lower than fluoroacetamide poisoning, and no epileptiform discharge. Conclusion EEG can provide a reliable basis for diagnosing whether central nervous system is poisoned by fluoroacetamide. Compared with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, fluoroethylamide poisoning EEG abnormal rate is higher, the degree of abnormality is relatively heavy
