用氯化血红素为原料合成氯化高铁血红素衍生物DFH(Chlorodeuteroferrihaem).系统考察了DFH催化鲁米诺与H_2O_2反应的发光性能,并和过氧化物酶的催化性能作了比较.所得结果为DFH代替过氧化物酶应用于化学发光免疫分析提供了直接依据.
Synthesis of chlorinated hemin derivative DFH (Chlorodeuteroferrihaem) from hemin was systematically investigated and the luminescent properties of the reaction between luminol and H 2 O 2 catalyzed by DFH were investigated systematically and compared with that of peroxidase DFH instead of peroxidase used in chemiluminescence immunoassay provides a direct basis.
