一、出土情况及清理经过这组铜件出于陕西长安张家坡第170号西周墓中(编号85SCCM 170:252),为中国社会科学院考古研究所沣西队所发掘。出土时位于东侧棺外橔底上,与钺、戈、盾等兵器共出。发现时铜件都叠作一堆,表面较乱,南北长37、东西宽33、最厚处11厘米。铜质主体构件近半月形,正面凸起,边缘窄平,层层叠压,俯仰错杂,排列不整(图一)。发现后当即以木箱套装,保持原状,取运回室内。

The main body of the bronze member is almost half-moon-shaped, with a convex frontal edge and a narrow flat edge. The layers are laminated and the pitch is miscellaneous and arranged in an irregular pattern (Figure 1).
