支气管扩张的患者往往由于大量脓性痰液积聚引流不畅导致反复感染,临床处理上多用药物治疗,抗生素用药时间过长容易产生耐药性,并存在一定的副作用.近两年来我科对支气管扩张合并感染的患者使用康复得(摇摆机)并配合体位引流的方法进行康复治疗,取得了良好的临床效果,现报道如下.
