94年11月29日—12月1日在京举行的“社会主义市场经济与职工当家作主论坛”首次研讨会提出:深化企业改革必须坚持职工的主人翁地位。 在三天的研讨会上,来自全国企业界、理论界的100多位人士热烈发言。他们认为,在公有制为主体的企业中,职工的主人翁地位体现在对生产资料的共同占有上,体现在对企业的民主管理上, The first seminar entitled “Socialist Market Economy and Workers’ Home-Based Forum” held in Beijing on November 29, 1994-December 1 proposed that deepening the reform of enterprises must uphold the worker’s own position. During the three-day seminar, more than 100 people from the business circles and theorists in the country spoke warmly. In their opinion, in the enterprises with the public ownership as the main body, the ownership of the workers and staff is reflected in the common possession of the means of production and in the democratic management of the enterprises.
