本文分析了高校图书馆知识管理的内涵和基本服务内容,指出高校图书馆的知识服务可以分为传统的基本服务和现代的重点服务。提出了高校图书馆知识服务管理,是当今时代发展的必然要求,是拓展和深化现代高校图书馆服务的必然渠道,并提出了可以通过设把管理组织结构扁平化建立扁平结构知识组织,鼓励学习机制建立学习氛围创建学习型的图书馆,建立有效的激励机制,创建共享机制来发展高校图书馆的知识服务管理。
This paper analyzes the content and basic service contents of knowledge management in university library, and points out that the knowledge service of university library can be divided into the traditional basic service and the modern key service. Proposed that the management of knowledge service in university library is an inevitable requirement for the development of modern times and an inevitable channel for expanding and deepening the service of modern university libraries and put forward some suggestions that should be taken to establish a flat structure knowledge organization by flattening management organization structure and encourage learning Mechanism to establish a learning atmosphere to create a learning library, establish an effective incentive mechanism, and create a sharing mechanism to develop the knowledge service management of university libraries.
