近期楼市持续回暖,这让4月以来的“史上最严厉调控”备受质疑。根据国家统计局最新发布的10月全国房地产市场运行报告数据显示,10月份,全国70个大中城市房屋销售价格同比上涨8.6%,涨幅比9月份缩小0.5个百分点;环比上涨0.2%。这是9月份以来房价连续第二个月上涨。
