目的:采用拉曼光谱法快速检测减肥保健品中非法添加的酚酞。方法:本文采用拉曼光谱对减肥保健品中的非法添加物质酚酞进行快速检测,使用适当的溶剂对减肥保健品中可能含有的酚酞进行提取,然后采集提取液的拉曼光谱并进行分析测试。结果:建立了酚酞-甲醇溶液的标准曲线,并且对添加不同浓度酚酞的减肥保健品进行拉曼光谱检测,所得结果与酚酞实际添加量一致。结论:结合简单的前处理方法,拉曼光谱法可对减肥保健品中非法添加的酚酞进行快速检测,并可进行定量分析;该方法快速、简便、成本低、可同时得到定性与定量结果,检测限达到1%。 Objective: Rapid detection of phenolsphthalein illegally added in weight loss health products by Raman spectroscopy. Methods: Raman spectroscopy was used to detect the phenolphthalein illegally added in weight-loss health care products. Phenolphthalein, which may be contained in the weight-loss health care products, was extracted with a suitable solvent. The Raman spectra of the extracts were collected and analyzed. Results: The standard curve of phenolphthalein-methanol solution was established, and Raman spectroscopy was performed on the diet supplements with different concentrations of phenolphthalein. The results were consistent with the actual addition of phenolphthalein. Conclusion: With the simple pretreatment method, Raman spectroscopy can rapidly detect phenolphthalein illegally added in weight-loss health care products, and can be used for quantitative analysis. The method is rapid, simple and low in cost, and can simultaneously obtain qualitative and quantitative results. Detection limit of 1%.
