The sex pheromone production and release rhythms of virgin female moths were determined by indoor feeding and field observation of eclosion, mating, oviposition and antennae responses of adults Holcocerus vicarius (Walker) The identification and synthesis of the foundation. The results showed that the eclosion behavior of Erigeron molitor was visible all day, mainly in 15: 00-19: 00. Adult mating day can be done on the same day, 21: 30-0: 30 wedding fly and mating, the intersection of the peak appeared at about 23:00 late, no light period of mating. With the increase of age, the summon time moved forward and lengthened. The call of female virgins was earlier than that of 1-day-old female at 2 ~ 3 days old, and the mating time was short. The female reached sexual maturity on day 1 Female moths had the highest percentage of mating, reaching 41.8%. The female moth extended the ovipositor to find the gap to lay eggs and lay eggs at many places. The maximum fecundity of females was 720 grains, the minimum fecundity was 105 grains and the egg period was 12-22 days. The hatching rate was 72% ~ 88%. Sexual pheromone content in female eclosion night was lower, highest on the second day, and then decreased on a daily basis. The sex pheromone production of virgin female moth on the 2nd instar increased gradually from 17:00 to 21:30 The highest at -22: 00 and the second at 22: 00. The male antennae response was the strongest at 22:30. 21: 30-23: 00 is the peak of female pheromone production and release of pheromones. There was some timing rhythm in eclosion and mating of the elm moth, which was confirmed by the field trapping test of virgin female moths.
