铸铁制动盘自1953年以来就已在日本的列车制动中应用,但在运用中存在耐磨性和热裂方面的一些问题,因此自1975年以来又开发了一些其它种类的制动盘材料。1990年闸片材料由石棉复合材料改为非石棉复合材料,最近各种各样的制动盘和闸片都在应用,因此,对某些制动盘和闸片的摩擦磨损特性作出评定是十分重要的。我们对不同的制动盘和闸片的组合进行了高速摩擦试验和台架试验,并研究了其基本的摩擦磨损特性。
Cast iron brake discs have been used in Japan’s train brakes since 1953, but some problems with wear resistance and hot cracking exist during use. As a result, some other types of brake discs have been developed since 1975 material.
