从中科院党组提出创新文化建设到现在,经过三年左右时间的探索与实践,我们从什么是创新文化都不知道到今天取得了初步的,但却是非常积极的进展。同时,我们对已取得的成效也不能估计过高,我们仅仅走出了万里长征的第一步。同样,我们的知识创新体系、知识创新试点工作也只走出了万里长征的第一步,虽然我们这一步跨得很大,成绩也来之不易,但离党、国家和人民的要求,离突飞猛进的世界科技发展的要求,还有很长的距离,我们要继续努力。我就文化的作用、文化的内涵以及创新文化建设对知识创新工程的促进作用谈一点我的认识,和同志们一起讨论。 From the Propaganda and Innovation Culture Building of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC's Party Committee Up to now, after three years or so of exploration and practice, we do not know from what innovative culture we have made initial, but very positive, progress today.
