1936年，中国共产党对蒋政策由“反蒋抗日”转变成“逼蒋抗日”，这一转变有着深刻的多方面的原因。其中主要是：全国抗日救亡运动的高涨；以蒋介石为首的国民党因受到英美等国逼迫对日态度有所变化；蒋介石因自身利益受日本侵犯而改变对日政策；国民党内部和地方实力派转向抗日。
In 1936, the Chinese Communist Party changed its policy of Chiang Kai-shek from “opposing Chiang Kai-shek to Japan” to “forcing Chiang to resist Japan.” There are profound reasons for this change in many aspects. The main ones are: the upsurge of the national anti-Japanese national salvation movement; the Kuomintang led by Chiang Kai-shek changed its attitude towards Japan due to the persecution of Britain, the United States and other countries; Chiang Kai-shek’s policy of changing Japan to Japan for its own interests was infringed upon by Japan; and that the Kuomintang and local power groups turned to anti-Japanese .
