本文对比了五种板块状铝中间合金细化剂(0.01%Ti、0.1%Ti、0.01%Ti+B、0.1%Ti+B、0.1%Ti+Zr),不同熔炼时间(0.5h和4h)对2124变形铝合金铸锭晶粒大小的影响,以及经不同变形后的试样表面及内部晶粒大小的影响。另外还对比了7050合金以锆盐和板块状Al-Zr中间合金形式加入或以板块状Al-Ti-B和以φ3mm丝状Al-Ti-B中间合金形式注入流槽对铸锭晶粒细化的效果。试验表明Al-Ti-B中间合金是高纯铝合金中一种最佳细化剂,它对细化铸锭和变形晶粒、克服铸锭开裂、改善铸锭压力加工性能,提高生产合格率都有突出的效果,并且减少了中间合金的用量,具有可观的经济效益。
