作者根据种植体结构与软硬组织结合方式、咀嚼压力的传导方式的特殊性,种植体的形态直径与天然牙的显著不同,采用种植体与种植体、种植体与天然牙联冠修复设计,兼顾龈健康和唇面美观的边缘设计,并应用室温固化塑料完成种植体桩的工作模型,对46例患者共80个种植体制作了60件烤瓷冠桥修复体,通过2~3年的临床追踪观察,结果表明,①采用室温固化塑料完成种植体桩模型对修复体精度无影响,且可大大降低因模型折裂而致修复体失败的发生率;②联冠设计可增强种植体抵抗外力的能力,提高成功率;③唇侧接触而舌侧离开龈缘的边缘设计,既达到了种植体周自洁及清洁的要求,又有利于义齿的美观。 骨内牙种植体是目前种植义齿修复中最常采用的种植体,由于其形态直径、与牙槽骨组织的结合方式、龈附着及咀嚼压力的传导均与天然牙有显著不同,因此,骨内牙种植体义齿修复亦有其特殊性。作者采用烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复技术,对46例共80个种植体设计制作了烤瓷冠桥修复体,并通过2
