目的 探讨超声影像在诊断胎儿上肢末端异常类型中的应用价值.方法 采用连续顺序追踪超声法(SCSA)对胎儿肢体进行扫查,当疑有异常时,运用超声实时三维等多种成像模式对可疑异常处进行成像观察.超声诊断胎儿上肢末端异常的病例,追踪随访产后与病理结果.结果 在本研究中,超声影像检出胎儿上肢异常42例,其中手姿势异常21例、多指畸形13例、并指5例、裂手畸形2例、手指缺失1例.随访病例共21例,其中19例(90.48%)产前超声结果与随访结果一致,误诊2例(9.52%).结论 胎儿上肢末端严重畸形的检出受胎儿体位、羊水量及上肢末端状态的影响,SCSA的规范运用、二维及三维等多种超声显像模式的联合应用有助于检出.“,”Objective To discuss the application value for ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of fetal upper extremities malformation type.Methods To scan the research object by using a systematic continuous sequence approach(SCSA),Focuses on the palm and palm bones,fingers and bones,and observes the relationship between the hands and forearms,the form of the hand,the posture and activity of the hand.When suspected abnormality,the use of ultrasonic 3d and other imaging modes to focus on the imaging of suspicious anomalies,multi-faceted,multi-directional observation.In the case of ultrasonography,the pathological results or postpartum results were followed up and compared with the prenatal ultrasound results.Results In this study,42 cases of fetal hand malformation were detected by prenatal ultrasound screening.The highest rate of ultrasonic detection in hand deformity was abnormal hand posture(n=21),Follow by polydactyly(n=13),syndactyly (n=5),split hands (n=2),and ectrodactylia(n=1).A total of 21 cases were successfully followed,of which 19 (90.48%) were consistent with the results of the prenatal ultrasound and the follow-up results,with the misdiagnosis of 2 cases (9.52%).Conclusions The detection for severe deformity of the upper extremity of the fetus is affected by fetal position,the amount of amniotic fluid and the status of the upper extremity.SCSA specification use,the use of the 2 d and 3 d ultrasound imaging model make for check out.
