六十年代末出现了脉冲加热技术,它能在几秒钟内使分析温度达到3000℃以上,从而为快速测定钢中的氮提供了有利条件.随后相继出现了许多商品仪器.我们用上海第二分析仪器厂的MCS—805脉冲加热器和北京分析仪器厂的SP—2304A气相色谱仪组装成脉冲色谱定氮仪,用它分析了低合金钢、硅钢、纯铁、不锈钢和高温合金等.该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高、分析范围广和操作方便等特点,适用于钢中氮的快速测定.
The pulse-heating technology emerged in the late 1960s, which enabled the analysis temperature to reach more than 3000 ° C in a few seconds, which provided favorable conditions for rapid determination of nitrogen in steel.Afterwards many commercial instruments appeared successively.We used Shanghai Second Analytical Instrument Factory MCS-805 pulse heater and Beijing Analytical Instrument Factory SP-2304A gas chromatograph assembled into a pulse-chromatographic nitrogen analyzer, using it to analyze the low alloy steel, silicon steel, pure iron, stainless steel and high temperature alloys. The method has the characteristics of fast, accurate, high sensitivity, wide range of analysis and convenient operation, and is suitable for the rapid determination of nitrogen in steel.
