作为公益性的文化机构,公共图书馆承担着信息搜集、文化传播、社会教育的重要职能,是可供社会全体成员自由和平等利用的公共文化设施。图书馆员工作为公共图书馆建设中的第一要素,必需加强他们工作积极性和主动性的发挥,而这主要取决于公共图书馆是否对员工实行了有效的激励。文章通过阐述图书馆激励管理中有效满足员工需求的激励方式与方法,以期图书馆事业更快更好的发展。
As a public cultural institution, the public library undertakes the important functions of information gathering, cultural dissemination and social education. It is a public cultural facility that can be used freely and equally by all members of society. Library staff as the first element in the construction of public libraries, we must strengthen their work enthusiasm and initiative to play, but mainly depends on whether the public library staff to implement an effective incentive. The article expounds the incentive ways and methods to effectively meet the needs of staff in the incentive management of library so that the library can develop faster and better.
