为了准确定位早期教育专业办学规模、专业发展走向、专业培养目标、专业人才培养规格,2016年下半年,团体对福建省南片区早期教育专业人才的市场需求进行调研。在对我国早教事业人才需求的宏观分析及对福建省南片区早教人才需求分析的基础上,概括福建省南片区早教人才需求现状:大量公办园的早教指导服务、公益普惠性早教机构、民办早教机构迫切需要大量早教专业人才,各类早教机构要求早教专业人才具有多维能力,早教机构教师工作存在一人多岗现象。随着早教事业不断向前发展,未来早教人才需求量不断扩大,早教师资应大力培养十项主要专业能力。 In order to accurately locate the scale of education, professional development, professional training objectives and professional training specifications for early-stage education, in the second half of 2016, the research team conducted an investigation on the market demand of early-stage education professionals in South Area of ​​Fujian Province. Based on the macroeconomic analysis of the needs of early-childhood education in our country and the demand analysis of the early-childhood education in South of Fujian Province, this paper summarizes the current needs of early childhood education in South of Fujian Province: the early public education guidance service for public parks, Early education institutions urgently need a large number of early education professionals, all kinds of early education institutions require early education professionals with multidimensional capabilities, early education institutions there is a single teacher multi-post work phenomenon. With the continuous development of early childhood education, the demand for early childhood education personnel will continue to expand. Early education teachers should cultivate ten major professional abilities.
