正颌外科后下齿槽神经(inferior alveolar nerve,IAN)和眶下神经(infraorbital nerve,ION)暂时和永久性损伤发生率报道不一,本研究旨在确定双侧下颌支矢状劈开(BSSO)和Lefort Ⅰ骨切开术后IAN和ION暂时和永久性感觉损伤的发生率,以及主客观方法评价感觉功能恢复的差异。 19例(11男8女,平均年龄为24.9岁)患者被随机选入本研究中,7例行Lefort Ⅰ骨切开术,1例行BSSO,余11例行BSSO和Lefort Ⅰ骨切开术。BSSO后的24支IAN、Lefort Ⅰ骨切开术后的36支ION,分
The incidence of transient and permanent damage to inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) and infraorbital nerve (ION) after orthognathic surgery has been reported differently. This study aimed to determine the incidence of bilateral mandibular sagittal split ( BSSO) and Lefort Ⅰ osteotomy IAN and ION temporary and permanent damage to the incidence of sensory, as well as subjective and objective evaluation of sensory function difference. Nineteen (11 males and 8 females, mean age, 24.9 years) were enrolled in this study. Seventeen patients underwent Lefort Ⅰ osteotomy, one underwent BSSO and another underwent BSSO and Lefort Ⅰ osteotomy . 24 IANs after BSSO, 36 IONs after Lefort I osteotomy
