针对锅炉汽包水位控制系统的特点,提出了基于非线性PID控制器(NLPID)的汽包水位三冲量串级控制方案。在串级控制中,内回路采用P控制以快速消除给水扰动,外回路采用非线性PID控制以保证汽包水位稳定在给定值,并有效克服蒸汽流量的扰动。该控制策略结构和算法简单,通过仿真结果验证,相对于常规串级PI-P控制方案,该控制方案具有良好控制品质和较强的鲁棒性,可有效克服蒸汽流量扰动和给水流量扰动,且在对象参数变化较大时仍能获得稳定的调节品质。
According to the characteristics of boiler drum water level control system, a three-pulse cascade control scheme based on nonlinear PID controller (NLPID) is proposed. In the cascade control, P control is adopted in the inner loop to quickly eliminate the disturbance of feedwater. Nonlinear PID control is adopted in the outer loop to ensure the drum water level is stable at a given value and to effectively overcome the disturbance of steam flow. Compared with the conventional cascade PI-P control scheme, this control scheme has good control quality and strong robustness, which can effectively overcome the disturbance of steam flow and water flow disturbance, And when the object parameters changes still get a stable adjustment quality.
