学生充分就业、满意就业是高职院校的办学导向。以浙江经贸职业技术学院2010届毕业生为样本的调查和实证研究表明,专业认同度与就业满意度具有正相关关系。改善就业满意度的有效途径主要有:采取措施提高专业认同度,如扩大招生宣传,按大类招生,细化专业教育等;引导毕业生设立适度的职业期待;加强企业文化的适应教育和择业教育。 Full employment of students, employment satisfaction is the guiding principle of higher vocational colleges. The investigation and empirical study of 2010 graduates of Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic show that there is a positive correlation between professional identity and job satisfaction. Effective ways to improve employment satisfaction are: to take measures to improve professional recognition, such as expanding enrollment and publicity, enrollment by major categories, refinement of professional education; guide graduates to establish appropriate career expectations; to enhance corporate culture to adapt to education and career education.
