露天矿开采境界优化是露天矿开采设计和生产过程中的重要内容,涉及矿山的安全、经济等各个方面,意义重大。首先采用拉格朗日松弛算法,建立露天矿山开采境界优化模型;以某石灰石露天矿为例,借助3DMine建立矿体的块体模型,以经济效益最大化为优化目标,进行露天开采境界优化研究,并与未优化的境界进行对比分析。境界优化后,矿山总剥离量减小3.84%,采出矿量增加1.96%,剥采比随之减小8.33%,经济效益明显提高。
