自新中国成立以来,我国的国民经济飞速发展,人口迅速增长,耕地却在不断减少,环境日益恶化,创新农村的发展方式势在必行,因此农业的生态化、产业化日益受到政府的高度重视。这对于我国生态农业的龙头企业而言,既是机会,又是挑战。本文引入企业营销理论中的SWOT分析框架,并以龙头企业土老憨生态农业集团为例,初步分析了生态农业企业的优势、劣势及其面临的机遇、威胁,从而帮助我国生态农业企业认清自身优势,最大程度地把握环境机会,推动自身的创新发展,加快推动生态农业的进步。
Since the founding of New China, the rapid development of our national economy, rapid population growth, declining cultivated land, deteriorating environment and the development of innovative rural areas are imperative. Therefore, the ecologicalization and industrialization of agriculture are increasingly being highly regulated by the government Pay attention. This is an opportunity and a challenge for the leading enterprises in China’s ecological agriculture. This article introduces the SWOT analysis framework in the marketing theory of enterprises, and takes Tu Lahan Ecological Agriculture Group, a leading enterprise, as an example, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of ecological agriculture enterprises and the opportunities and threats they face, and helps our country’s ecological agriculture enterprises recognize Its own advantages, to maximize the environmental opportunities, promote their own innovation and development, and accelerate the progress of ecological agriculture.
