江垭电站地下厂房洞室群共有大小洞室33个。由于洞室结构和应力状态复杂以及不良的地质构造,施工难度更大。为了确保施工安全与洞室群的稳定,运用工程地质体控制论的观点对整个工程地区岩体与环境进行系统的、综合的分析,确定了施工控制的目标和手段。根据不良地质条件对不同洞室的影响程度,采取不同的控制方法。对一些重要部位进行超前控制,在开挖前即进行加固处理。在开挖过程中加强对整个工程岩体的施工监测和反馈控制,不断优化设计、指导施工,最终确保了洞室群的施工安全
