应用系统优化技术对伤寒沙门氏菌培养及提纯工艺进行优化,筛选出适宜的培养和提纯条件,经发酵罐培养10罐,菌液浓度平均可达2.9×1010/ml,较优化前增加8×109/ml,每1×105/ml培养基可收获粗多糖8g以上,精多糖4g以上,分别比优化前提高1倍和4倍。
