高职院校是我国重点的技术型、实用型人才的培育基地,其与本科学院不同,其教导的均为实用性技术,对于我国各行各业的建设都有着很大的推动作用。而随着我国经济的深入发展,高职院校实用型人才的需求量也越来越高,这就为高职院校的教学工作提出了一定的挑战,因此需要完善高职院校的各类制度,其中也包括绩效评价制度。动态平衡积分卡是一种比较完善的绩效评价制度,本文即是对其应用在高职院校工作中的管理和构建进行分析,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
Higher vocational colleges are the key cultivation bases for technical and practical talents in our country. With the deepening economic development in our country, the demand for practical talents in higher vocational colleges is also getting higher and higher, which poses certain challenges for the teaching of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, Class system, which also includes the performance evaluation system. Dynamic Balanced Scorecard is a relatively perfect performance evaluation system. This article analyzes the management and construction of its application in the work of higher vocational colleges with a view to providing reference for related work.
