在素质教育下的新课程改革要求灵活多样化课堂教学方式,教师能够提供有效的教学设计是课堂教学目标实现的前提,教学设计应该把学生需求作为第一出发点,充分发挥学生的积极性、主动性及创造性,要全面引导学生尽早形成自主、探究、合作的学习方式。从而全面提升课堂教学效率。中学是学生成长的关键时期,而中学数学教师在对于学生的数学思维和领悟力方面都具有很好的启蒙作用,由于中学生在年龄以及感受能力的变化,针对中学生进行的教学设计也应该具有针对性,本文针对中学数学教师在进行教学设计过程中存在的问题以及相应的原因进行分析和研究,旨在更好地明确中学数学教学的实际发展方向。
