随着我国国民经济的快速发展,以及时代的不断进步,人们的生活水平与生活质量也在逐步提高,外出旅游消费的需求也变得越来越多。面对人们日益增长的旅游需求,一些景区在管理方面出现了后力不足的现象,不仅影响了游客的旅游体验,而且制约着景区的发展。文章就从旅游景区创新管理的发展现状入手,系统分析了旅游景区在创新管理实践中出现的问题,并对这些问题做出了针对性的解决方法,以此来促进我国旅游景区创新管理的更好地完善与发展。
With the rapid development of our national economy and the constant progress of the times, people’s living standard and quality of life are also gradually increasing, and the demand for traveling and spending abroad has become more and more. Faced with the ever-increasing demand for tourism, some scenic spots have experienced a lack of backwardness in management, which not only affects the tourists’ travel experience but also restricts the development of the scenic spots. This article starts from the current situation of the innovation management of tourist attractions, systematically analyzes the problems that emerged in the practice of innovation management in tourist attractions, and makes targeted solutions to these problems so as to promote the innovation management of tourist attractions in China Perfect improvement and development.
