显示胃底腺的颈粘液细胞多年来一直没有很好的染色方法.用普通HE染色,颈粘液细胞不能与其它细胞区分开;用组织化学方法(PAS、Alcin blue pH2.5),颈粘液细胞显示的较弱或不完全.1987年Masayoshi Hayama等人用Feulgen水解酶-PAS-刀豆球蛋白A染色法显示颈粘液细胞,其染色步骤非常繁琐,不利于被人们采用.本文选用改良的Mayer苏木精(pH5.0～6.5)染色法显示此细胞,不但染色步骤简便,而且结果稳定.用此染色方法显示颈粘液细胞,国内尚未见到报道.
The cervical mucus cells showing the fundic glands have not been well stained for many years.Using ordinary HE staining, the mucus cells of the neck can not be distinguished from other cells. By histochemical method (PAS, Alcin blue pH2.5) Showing weak or incomplete 1987. Masayoshi Hayama et al 1987 showed that mucus cells were stained with Feulgen hydrolase-PAS-Concanavalin A. The staining procedure is very cumbersome, which is unfavorable for people to adopt.In this paper, a modified Mayer Hematoxylin (pH5.0 ~ 6.5) staining showed that the cells, not only the dyeing step is simple, and the result is stable.Using this staining method shows cervical mucus cells, has not been reported in China.
