职业教师队伍建设是大力发展中职教育重要因素。为了更好的完善现有的学校的激励机制,以便提高教师的整体素质,调动老师工作的积极性。目前中职的激励方面存在一些问题,要完善中职学校教师激励机制,在遵守中职教师激励机制的原则下,首先构建“多位一体”的全过程激励机制;其次,构建“以人为本”的多层次激励机制。
The Construction of Professional Teachers is an Important Factor for Vigorous Development of Secondary Vocational Education.
